Please double check your User Name and Password. Note that passwords are case sensitive. You should not include '@atlasair.com' or '@atlasairinc.com' in the User Name box. For example: JDoe Crew members should be using the same User Name and Password that is used for the crew email system. If you are a Polar Air Cargo Worldwide crew member who has not used crew email, please contact the helpdesk at (914) 701-8888. If you do not remember your password or do not know your User Name, call the Helpdesk 24-hours a day at (914) 701-8888 or (866) 4-IT-DESK.
