How To Submit a Help Desk Trouble Ticket

Atlas Employees:

To generate a helpdesk trouble ticket, you simply have to send an email to helpdesk@atlasair.com and put your employee id in the subject line.
For Atlas employees, please enter your 4 digit employee number only.
Example:
1234
0012

Not acceptable formats within the subject line:
FW: 1234
Need Help
John Jones

Polar Employees:

To generate a helpdesk trouble ticket, you simply have to send an email to helpdesk@atlasair.com and put a "P" plus your employee id in the subject line.

For Polar employees, please enter P then your four digit employee number only.
Example:
P1234
P10
P0010

Not Acceptable formats within the subject line:
FW: P1234
1234 - you may have an employee number the same as an Atlas employee and a ticket will be created under the wrong profile.
"Printer not working" or any sting of text

If you have followed the correct format and are encountering problems generating a ticket, please send an e-mail to Heatadministrator@atlasair.com with the following information and call the help desk:
Your name
Company that you work for
Employee number
Department
Alternate e-mail address
Contact number
